Since earning my degree in Marketing from Seattle Pacific University and my MBA from George Fox University, I have spent the past 25 years owning and operating a national market research firm, advising major restaurant and retail brands on where to expand, how markets grow, and how consumer patterns impact long-term success.

My wife Stacy and I returned to Coeur d'Alene in 2006 to raise our two sons in this incredible community. Now empty nesters living near Sanders Beach, we continue to stay deeply involved in the community we love.

Whether serving as a high school sports commissioner, officiating local games, volunteering, or supporting NIC athletics, I believe being rooted in a community is just as important as understanding its growth.

I’m passionate about serving people with integrity, insight, and long-term perspective — because buying or selling a home is not just a transaction. It’s a life decision.
